MSC
Modern Stability Contractor (MSC) is a company within Group Monument that is responsible for shoring and buttressing activities.
Even though MSC was only founded in 2002 it already boasts a 20 strong professional team with advanced skills in design, inspection and implementation of stability activities. Advice can always be obtained at the inspection services at MSC concerning design and the implementation of stabilising work.
Shoring Up and Buttressing During demolition activities, it is very important that stability is ensured at adjacent homes, common walls, detached and/or isolated facades. Many facades need to be stabilised while making, enlarging or deepening apertures. MSC also ensures that metal porticos and ballast scaffolding made of tubes and attached to separate facades. Assembly, disassembly and renting of scaffolding always takes place in accordance with ARAB regulations. MSC itself also inspects everything before being taken into use.
